She discussed on how to recognize the signs of depression, practical steps to support those suffering, and strategies to prevent burnout. Stacie’s experience in both nursing and training equips her to provide practical and compassionate advice for caregivers and their families.
 
“It’s Okay Not to Be Okay” – by Amy Tan – Mental Wellness Certified Trainer 
Amy focused on the importance of acknowledging and addressing emotional struggles. In a world that often encourages us to push through our difficulties, Amy will emphasize the value of self-compassion and seeking help when needed. Her insights will empower caregivers and the community to embrace their emotional well-being and know that it’s okay to seek support.
 
Caregivers around the world face a unique set of pressures, and it is essential that they receive the right support to maintain their mental health.
